iDatabase connections run from your environment; that does not mean AI processing is offline. For hosted and private deployments, review security and data handling for your intended setup before rollout.

Estimate your monthly cost
These examples use the monthly USD rates displayed above, before applicable taxes.
1,200 questions on Scale
$179 that month
Scale costs $149 per month and includes 1,000 questions. An additional 200 questions at $0.15 each add $30, for $179 that month.
1,500 questions on Established
$329 that month
Established costs $329 per month and includes 1,500 questions, so 1,500 questions stay within the allowance. You also get unlimited chatbots and custom branding.
For a self-hosted Enterprise setup, separate the license quote from infrastructure and model costs. Calling an external model API and hosting a model locally have different cost and data-handling implications. Discuss expected traffic and deployment with the team using the Enterprise contact option above.

Scale vs Established: compare the whole monthly bill
A larger question allowance does not automatically make a plan cheaper. Scale combines a $149 monthly base with 1,000 included questions; Established combines a $329 base with 1,500. Both charge $0.15 per additional question.

Calculate each total as the base price plus $0.15 multiplied by questions above that plan's allowance. At 1,500 questions, Scale is $149 + (500 × $0.15) = $224. Beyond that point, both plans add the same amount per extra question, so Established stays $180 higher on monthly question charges alone.
When Scale fits
You need up to six chatbots, can retain Mesh360 BI branding, and the hosted workflow meets your requirements. Budget for expected questions plus a busier month; the included allowance is not a hard spending cap.
When Established fits
You need more than six chatbots or your own logo and brand, including removal of Mesh360 BI branding. Unlimited chatbots does not mean unlimited questions. Confirm the presentation you need before promising it to customers.

Budget for setup and training as well as questions
A database assistant needs usable business context. Mesh360 BI uses documentation and question–SQL examples; it is not a promise to retrain model weights. Assign someone to define metrics, prepare approved reporting data, verify expected answers, and revise examples when the schema changes.
For hosted embedding, budget for authentication, data-access tests, and ongoing monitoring before rollout.
Keep database hosting and warehouse query charges in a separate budget line. A subscription question allowance does not cap database compute.
For yearly billing, use the annual amount shown at checkout and confirm allowance and overage terms.
For private deployment or custom onboarding, agree application, model, infrastructure, support, and maintenance scope in the Enterprise quote.

Before you commit
Evaluate the setup before choosing a plan
01Connect representative data Start with a sample database or an account with the permissions you intend to grant in production.
02Test real business questions Try totals, date filters, joins, and follow-ups. Compare SQL and results with a known answer, then add business definitions.
03Check how users access data For a customer-facing chatbot, configure and test access controls with separate users before rollout. Review dashboards if you need shared views.
04Match the plan to usage Estimate monthly questions and required chatbot count. Include likely overage and decide whether custom branding or private deployment is required.
Quick answers
Mesh360 BI pricing FAQ
Is Established cheaper than Scale at high question volume?
Not on the monthly question charges shown here alone. At 1,500 questions, Scale totals $224 and Established totals $329 before taxes. Above 1,500 questions, both add $0.15 per additional question. Choose Established for branding and chatbot-count features when those are requirements.
What should I include in a chatbot training budget?
Training includes business documentation and question–SQL examples. Budget for preparing approved data, defining metrics, checking reference answers, and maintaining examples as the schema changes. This is separate from counting subscription questions.
Which Mesh360 BI plan should I choose?
Choose Scale for up to six chatbots with Mesh360 BI branding. Choose Established for unlimited chatbots and custom branding. Choose Enterprise for private or on-premise deployment and custom scope.
What happens when I exceed the question allowance?
Scale includes 1,000 questions per month and Established includes 1,500. Additional questions cost $0.15 each. For example, 1,200 questions on the $149 monthly Scale plan cost $179 before taxes.
Do Scale and Established include a dashboard builder?
Yes. Both Scale and Established include the dashboard builder. Scale supports up to six chatbots; Established supports unlimited chatbots plus your own logo and brand.
How do monthly and yearly billing differ?
Use the Monthly and Yearly selector on the plans. The yearly option displays a monthly equivalent for a yearly subscription. Review the selected billing period and total in checkout before subscribing.
What should I budget for an on-premise deployment?
Enterprise uses a custom quote. In addition to the Mesh360 BI license, budget for hosting, maintenance, and either external model API usage or infrastructure for a locally hosted model. Confirm model deployment and data-flow requirements as part of the scope.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Start with the plan that matches current question volume and branding needs, then move to Established or Enterprise if chatbot count, branding, or deployment requirements change.
