Find your fit
Start with who needs answers and where they will ask. Workspace and Website Chatbot are different paths; private deployment is an enterprise conversation.
For your team
Built for analysts, ops, and business users in the browser. Connect a source, ask in plain language, review the SQL and rows, then follow up or open a chart.
Your environment still needs database reachability. A local-looking connection does not mean offline AI — prompts and needed result context can travel through a model gateway when configured.
For your customers
For product teams placing approved warehouse questions inside a portal. Wire the chatbot to curated data, then drop the chat surface into your app.
Design auth and row-level visibility before launch. Confirm each signed-in user only retrieves records their role is allowed to see.
For custom requirements
For organizations with hosting or data-handling constraints. Align on where the app runs, which model endpoint is used, network paths, and who owns operations with Mesh360.
Self-hosting the UI can still call an external model. Running a local model is a separate deployment decision.
Review plan differences or jump straight into Workspace.
How it works
Use an account limited to the tables or reporting views you need. Prefer read-only rights for analysis. Connect Snowflake, BigQuery, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and the other engines Mesh360 BI already lists.
Spell out revenue, active customers, date windows, and table relationships. Add verified SQL samples and schema notes so everyday phrases resolve to the right fields.
Match early answers to a report you trust. Review filters, joins, and totals before decisions. Once definitions look right, ask follow-ups or open Chart / Table views.
Example prompts only — not measured results. Your warehouse needs the matching fields, and metric definitions must stay explicit.
Try the demo warehouse ask, then pin strong replies on the dashboard.
Confidence to explore

See the story in your data
Move from a table to a chart in the same thread. Keep the conversation context while you switch views.
Chart from the same ask
Toggle Chart beside Answer, View SQL, and Table — then save the view your team should reuse.
Share the answer
Pin interactive tiles with natural-language results so everyone looks at the same definition of the metric.

In good company
Pick a surface below, or compare Workspace and Chatbot.
| Chatbot | Workspace | |
|---|---|---|
| Data storage | Encrypted inside your Mesh360 BI deployment; enterprise can go private | Session credentials stay with your Workspace connection; dashboard saves live on your API |
| Use cases | Customer-facing chatbot experiences | Internal analysis and operator workflows |
| Data privacy | App/server controlled paths to approved databases | Direct reach from your environment to the engine you configure |
| Integration | Embeddable into a webpage or portal | Available as the Mesh360 BI web Workspace |
| Timeout | Configurable request limits for hosted chat | Long-running exploration inside Workspace |
| Live dashboard | Shared boards for teams and customers | Save Answer / SQL / Chart / Table widgets |
Mesh360 BI is an AI warehouse assistant. Connect a supported database, ask in natural language, and work with generated SQL, result grids, charts, and saved dashboard tiles. Workspace covers analysis in the browser; Website Chatbot is the embed path for your product.
Workspace has its own chat UI, so a ChatGPT subscription is not required to try the demo. You can ask without writing SQL, but someone still configures access and validates business definitions. Generated answers can be wrong — check important figures against a trusted report.
Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, ClickHouse, Athena, Trino, and Starburst — plus a Mesh360 demo warehouse to try without credentials. Requirements differ by engine — test your real setup before relying on it.
Pick Workspace for browser analysis. Pick Website Chatbot when end users need chat inside your app. For embeds, finish auth and data isolation testing before rollout.
Workspace uses the credentials you supply for the active session. Questions and needed response data may travel through a model gateway when OPENAI_API_KEY is set. Dashboard widgets are stored by your Mesh360 BI API.
Prefer read-only database permissions and approved views. Hide sensitive columns, prove user-level isolation for embeds, and set query limits at the database. Prompt rules help, but they do not replace permissions.
Schema discovery plus business terms and verified Q→SQL pairs provide context. Start with one reporting area and known-answer questions, then expand after checking joins and totals.
Private deployment is an enterprise discussion. Hosting the app and hosting the language model are different scopes — an in-network app may still call an external model API.
